1. What HawkEye is

HawkEye is an AI-powered research and data tool. It pulls public market data, runs AI-generated analysis, and presents structured reports, screens and other tools that you drive for your own research. HawkEye provides information and analysis only. It is not investment, financial, tax, legal or accounting advice; it is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary; and using it creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By creating an account you confirm this and agree to use the service in compliance with the laws that apply to you.

3. You make your own decisions

Any output — reports, scores, screens, trade-plan parameters, AI chat answers — is for information and education. It is never a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and any value range or level is illustrative only. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Data & AI limitations

Market data may be delayed, illustrative or inaccurate, and AI-generated content can contain errors or omissions. You should verify anything important against primary sources. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HawkEye and its operators are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment and applicable sales taxes. Plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout and applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, bulk-download, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or data; not to abuse, overload or circumvent rate limits or security; and not to use the service for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

The service, its software, design and content are owned by HawkEye or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own personal, non-commercial research. Data providers retain rights in their data.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we are required to act on by law.

10. Changes, governing law & contact

We may update these terms; we will revise the date above and, for material changes, ask for renewed consent. Continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction, and disputes are subject to its competent courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
